You agree to:

- Keep your password and login credentials secure.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised account access.
- Accept responsibility for activities performed through your account.
You must not create accounts using false information, impersonate another person or business, or allow unauthorised users to access your account.
### 3. Permitted use
Connect Adda provides tools for WhatsApp communication, automation, contact management, campaigns, chatbots, templates, analytics, and related business activities. You may use the Services only for lawful and legitimate business purposes.
You are responsible for your messages, contacts, media, campaigns, templates, automated workflows, products, services, and other content.
### 4. Messaging consent and opt-out
You may contact a person through WhatsApp only when you have lawfully obtained their mobile number and appropriate permission to communicate with them.
You must:
- Maintain valid records of customer consent.
- Clearly identify your business.
- Send only relevant and expected communications.
- Provide a clear method to stop receiving messages.
- promptly honour every unsubscribe, block, or opt-out request.
- Avoid spam, misleading promotions, harassment, or excessive messaging.

### 5. WhatsApp and Meta policies
Your use of WhatsApp-related features must comply with all applicable WhatsApp and Meta terms, messaging rules, commerce policies, template requirements, and technical documentation.
Connect Adda is an independent service and is not responsible for actions taken by WhatsApp or Meta, including template rejection, message restrictions, number suspension, account termination, policy changes, pricing changes, or service interruption.
### 6. Prohibited activities
You must not use the Services to:
- Send unsolicited bulk messages or spam.
- Promote fraud, deception, illegal products, or unlawful services.
- Harass, threaten, discriminate against, or harm another person.
- Distribute malware, harmful links, or malicious software.
- Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other legal rights.
- Collect or share personal data without lawful authority.
- Circumvent WhatsApp, Meta, Connect Adda, or third-party security restrictions.
- Reverse-engineer, resell, copy, or misuse the Services without written permission.
- Send prohibited or highly sensitive information through WhatsApp.
### 7. User content and data
You retain ownership of the lawful content and data you upload. You grant Connect Adda a limited right to process that content only as necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services.
You confirm that you have all permissions and lawful authority required to upload and process customer information. You must not upload content that violates any law or third-party right.
### 8. Privacy and data protection
Our collection and processing of information are governed by our Privacy Policy. You are separately responsible for providing appropriate privacy notices and obtaining all permissions required for your customer data and communications.

### 9. Plans, payments, and refunds
Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing periods, usage limits, taxes, renewal conditions, and applicable charges will be shown when you purchase a plan.
Unless required by law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy, payments are non-refundable. Failure to pay applicable charges may result in limitation or suspension of the Services.
Third-party charges, including WhatsApp or Meta messaging fees, may apply separately.
### 10. Third-party services
The Services may integrate with WhatsApp, Meta, payment gateways, hosting providers, and other third-party platforms. Their separate terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services.
We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, security, performance, pricing, policies, or decisions of third-party services.
### 11. Service availability
We aim to provide reliable Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available access. Maintenance, security incidents, third-party outages, technical problems, or events outside our control may affect availability.
Features may be added, modified, restricted, or discontinued when reasonably necessary.
### 12. Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when we reasonably believe that you:
- Violated these Terms or applicable policies.
- Used the Services unlawfully or fraudulently.
- Created a security or operational risk.
- Failed to pay applicable fees.
- Harmed users, third parties, WhatsApp, Meta, or Connect Adda.
You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination—including payment obligations, intellectual-property rights, liability limitations, and dispute provisions—will remain effective.
### 13. Intellectual property
Connect Adda and its associated software, branding, interface, designs, documentation, and original content belong to us or our licensors. These Terms provide a limited right to use the Services; they do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property.
### 14. Disclaimer
The Services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee specific sales, leads, delivery rates, campaign results, revenue, or business outcomes.
You remain responsible for reviewing automated content and ensuring that your communications comply with applicable laws and platform policies.
### 15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Connect Adda will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, data, customers, goodwill, or business opportunities.
Our total liability arising from the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to Connect Adda during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
### 16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and protect Connect Adda and its personnel against claims, losses, penalties, and reasonable expenses arising from your content, communications, business activities, misuse of the Services, or violation of these Terms, applicable law, or third-party rights.
### 17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our Services, law, security requirements, or third-party policies. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Where legally required, we will provide additional notice.
### 18. Governing law and disputes
